When a Return is Necessary

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For the wellbeing of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on items such as base layers or underwear that have been worn or removed from their original sealed packaging. You will then need to carefully repackage the items. Please use the original shipping box if possible, or any sturdy box of your choice. Attach the return label we provide (which you can print at home) to the outside of the package, ensuring the old shipping label is removed or covered.

Once we receive your returned package at our facility, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the conditions described above. Please allow a reasonable processing period for this inspection to take place.
